Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ for Custom Wedding Invitation Services:
+ How long will it take to make my custom wedding invitations?
The stationery design process usually takes between 3-4 weeks. If purchasing custom illustrated wedding invitations, then allow for 4-6 weeks of design time. Production time varies on the print process. For digital printing, please allow 2-3 weeks. For thermography, foil stamping or letterpress wedding invitations, please allow 3-4 weeks. Please respond to proofs, questionnaires, and signature requests within 3 business days. Delaying rsponses longer than 3 days may slow the overall project timeline.
+ How many revisions are included?
A revision is a minor change or adjustment to the proof, such changes to the wording, fonts, colors of vector elements (not full illustrations), and small adjustments to the layout. Our Single-Petal Camellia service offers three rounds of revisions. Our Double-Petal Camellia service offer unlimited revisions BEFORE the final approval is received. Any changes requested after final approval will result in reprint fees for both service levels.
A redesign is a significant overhaul to the design, such as a new design concept, a re-draw of an illustration, or any change that requires the design to be redone from scratch. One redesign is included in our Double-Petal Camellia service. Redesigns for the Single-Petal Camellia service will result in additional fees. Also, the cost of a custom pastel venue illustration does not include redraws. However, we present an in-depth mockup of the proposed venue illustration layout before beginning the artwork.

+ Can I use an invitation design for another purpose like a bridal shower or rehearsal dinner?
Of course! Both our wedding invitations and save the dates can be tweaked for a different event. Reach out to us and let us know what you’re looking for!
+ Can I request a change to the stationery design beyond fonts and font colors?
Yes! We are happy to work with you to further customize an invitation to make it more your style. A small design will apply based on the customization you’re looking for. However, please note that color changes to pastel wedding invitation illustrations are not offered due to the long hours required to re-draw an illustration. (For instance, the blue hydrangea cannot be changed to pink.) If you’re looking for something more custom, check out our custom-made services!
